EN590 10ppm For Sale​ Purchase Procedure

1. Buyer issue ICPO with full contact and Bank details of the Issuing Bank to the Seller via
MT199 or MT999
2. Seller signs & stamps the ICPO as acceptance and gives a copy to the Buyer. The seller also
issues a Proforma Invoice and PPOP.
3. Buyer signs & stamps the Proforma Invoice & returns
4. Seller issues the SPA/Contract between the Buyer & Seller, which will include the
Terms and conditions of the Contract and all the details of the engagement. (SPA to have
the approved “Draft IRDLC MT700 Verbiage”).
5. Buyer and Seller sign SPA and file the SPA with their respective Banks.
6. Buyer issue DLC Pre-Advise by MT705 or RWA by MT799 with blocked funds.
7. Seller issue Partial Proof of Product comprising:
a. Product Passport.
b. Commitment to Supply.
c. Certificate of Origin.
d. Statement of Availability of the product.
e. v) Note: If required for Buyer’s confidence building, Seller can also share
“Sanitized past shipment’s BL or SGS”
8. Buyer issue the IR-DLC MT700 in the agreed format to Seller’s Bank. (Buyer issued
Transferable DLC can have a condition that: Transferable DLC becomes Operative
only after receiving Seller’s 2% PB).
9. Upon Seller’s bank authentication of Transferable DLC, Seller issue 2% PB – –
Performance Bond from Seller
10. Seller informs the loading date schedule, which will be within 10 days of
receiving Bank confirmed Transferable DLC & advice thereafter.
11. SGS inspection conducted at the Loading Port and Vessel was Loaded after SGS inspection.
12. Seller Bank sends all the Cargo & Shipping Documents to Buyer’s Bank within
10 (Ten) Banking Days, after the authentication of the IRDLC MT700.
13. Vessel reaches destination port. Seller issue ATV for Q&Q Test by Buyer
14. Buyer conducts Q&Q SGS inspection at the Destination Port and buyer pays for the
Inspection at the Destination Port and Buyer instructs their Bank to process the Payment
before Discharge.
15. Buyer pays by TT/MT103 after Q&Q SGS inspection at Destination Port.
16. Seller Discharge the Goods and Transfer Title
